Cyclone separators

Design, calculation and fabrication of cyclones

Our cyclones are used for dust extraction, drying, air cleaning, sawdust extraction, separating fine solid particles and more. We make them from carbon steel or stainless steel, painted or hot-dip galvanised, and design each cyclone to the client's needs.

A cyclone is a mechanical separator: inertia and centrifugal force separate coarse and medium dust or other particles from the extracted air, without filters. Cyclones suit almost every type of dust and work at high temperatures. They can be used on their own or as a pre-separator in front of a filter, for airflows from 500 to 30,000 m³/h. The robust construction gives a long service life with little maintenance.
